Marcura handles port expenses. Its DA-Desk product is the disbursement-account workflow: agents submit costs, owners and operators approve them, and the port call has a cost file that is not an email thread of PDFs.
It is voyage-cost software on the port side, not a terminal operating system and not a chartering platform. Teams that already run Veson or another VMS often still need a DA product because the agent, the port tariff, and the approval chain do not live inside the voyage estimator.
