RightShip rates vessels on safety and greenhouse-gas performance and runs the vetting workflow charterers use before they fix a ship. A GHG rating and a safety score sit on the vessel record so a cargo owner can screen tonnage without building that database themselves.

It is a due-diligence product, not a questionnaire file like Q88 and not a sanctions screener like Pole Star PurpleTRAC. Charterers often use more than one of those. RightShip does not track live AIS as its main job and it does not manage the voyage after the ship is accepted.
